An elastic cap fitted with silver buttons (electrodes) lets us see your brainwaves. Applying the cap takes about 15 minutes.
We will put some stickers on your tummy that let us listen to your heartbeat. We even put some stickers on your grown-up’s tummy too!

The special brainwave cap is snug –like an astronaut cap! The cap has little silver buttons called electrodes. Your grown-up will wear a cap too so we can see their brainwaves ! We put a little gel on each button on the cap.
We also put stickers with silver buttons behind each ear, beside each eye, and on the cheek. We clean the skin a little before we put on each sticker.
We can see your brainwaves while you listen to stories, look at pictures, and sometimes press some buttons. The brainwaves tell us how your brain works when you see, hear, and pay attention.
You even get to take home a picture of yourself in the cap!
